Hi, I'm Joseph.

I'm a Product Manager, passionate about human behaviour and the intersection between technology, business and design to create great products and services.

Most of my career has been spent inside large organisations (Scottish Water and Weir Group among them), working on everything from customer self-service platforms to early experiments with voice interfaces. Alongside that, I spent several years as a founder, building and leading Agatha, a safety app for solo runners and cyclists, from idea through to a shipped product.

I believe in products and services that really work, built to make life better and easier for the people using them, not just easier to sell.

Outside of product work, I write, take photographs, and build small things on the side. Currently Momentini, a baby tracker I built for my own use with Claude Code.
